Gentle 1:1 movement to support flexibility, mobility and everyday wellbeing

What is it?
Not a class. Not a sequence you follow regardless of how you feel today. Private yoga tuition is prescribed for you, on the day, for exactly where your body is right now.
After 22 years of teaching yoga, from ashrams in India to thousands of classes across every format imaginable, this is where I've chosen to focus. One person. One hour. A practice built entirely around you.
Meditation is the cornerstone of every session. The movement serves that. Not the other way around.
What happens?
We start with where you are today, not where you think you should be. Each session is shaped around your body, your energy, your needs that day.
You won't be keeping up with anyone. You won't be watching someone half your age fold themselves in half. You'll be building something that actually lasts, more ease in your body, more stillness in your mind, more freedom in how you move through your days.
Sessions are 60 minutes, in person in Canterbury and Ashford.
Who is this for and what does it cost?
This is for the fantastically middle aged. Gen X bodies that have lived fully, danced hard, worked hard, raised families, navigated perimenopause and everything else life threw at them, and now want to feel genuinely good in their skin again.
If you've been put off by busy studios or classes that don't account for where you actually are, this is for you. Private tuition meets you exactly where you are, every single time.
With 22 years of teaching experience and training across Hatha and Yin traditions, including study at ashrams in India, every session is shaped by deep knowledge of how bodies actually work and what they really need.
