
What is it?
Your mind already understands. You've done the therapy, read the books, know your patterns inside out. And yet something is still bracing. Still holding on. Still running the same response before you've even had a chance to think.
That's not a thinking problem. That's your body, still carrying what your mind has already processed.
Somatic coaching works directly with the intelligence of the body. Not analysing sensation, not labelling it, not building another story around it. Just noticing what is alive, what wants to move, what is ready to shift.

What happens?
No two sessions are the same because no two bodies are the same. We follow what is present in the room, what your nervous system brings, what wants to be acknowledged rather than managed.
Sessions might include movement, shaking, breath, stillness, conversation. Sometimes shadow work. Sometimes the kind of unshaming that quietly changes everything. Always led by what is alive in you that day.
This work is trauma informed and person led. You set the pace always.
Over time something shifts. Regulation becomes less effortful. Your capacity for life increases. A line of communication opens between you and your own body, where before there was silence, or static, or someone else's label for what you were feeling.
Sessions are 90 minutes, available online and in person in Canterbury and Ashford.
Who is this for and what does it cost?
This work is for people who have tried talking therapies and found something still missing. Who understand themselves intellectually but whose body hasn't caught up yet. Who are tired of managing their nervous system and ready to befriend it instead.
Most lasting change happens over time, not in four weeks. The Reset is where we begin, a focused return to your centre that gives your nervous system its first taste of what's possible.
Beyond the initial four weeks, many clients continue with monthly or fortnightly sessions. Some work with me for six months. Some for longer. The pace is always yours. We'll explore what feels right when the time comes.
