Sessions may include Reiki healing, private yoga tuition, shamanic healing or somatic embodiment coaching, depending on your needs and where you feel drawn to begin.
Private yoga sessions focus on helping you move with confidence, maintain flexibility and support your body through life’s natural changes, without pressure, performance or rigid routines. Each session is shaped around you and how your body feels on the day.
Based in Canterbury, Kent and working online across the UK and worldwide, I offer trauma-informed support that helps you reconnect with your body, build stability and create lasting calm.

A quiet, restorative practice for when your mind and body need to soften.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off healing practice that supports deep relaxation and nervous system settling. It works quietly, allowing the body to soften, recalibrate, and return to a more natural state of balance.
People often notice anxiety easing, sleep improving, and a sense of calm presence returning, sometimes immediately, sometimes gradually over a series of sessions.
I’ve been practising Reiki for over 25 years, receiving my master attunement in 2001, and continue to weave it with somatic awareness and trauma-informed nervous system work. Sessions are grounded, spacious, and held with care, allowing your system to take what it needs without force or expectation.
Reiki may be received in person or through remote healing. Distance Reiki has been a natural part of my practice for many years and does not require video or live interaction. Sessions take place at an agreed time and are followed by a short integration call, where we gently reflect on what has unfolded and how the healing has been received.
Reiki can be received on its own, or alongside somatic or shamanic work, depending on what feels right for you.

Many clients choose 90 minutes for a deeper, more spacious experience, allowing time for the nervous system to settle fully and for integration to unfold without feeling rushed.
For ongoing work, I offer a course of four 60-minute sessions at £275, allowing the benefits to build gently over time.

Gentle 1:1 movement to support flexibility, mobility and everyday wellbeing

Private yoga sessions offer calm, personalised support for people who want to move more easily, maintain flexibility, and feel at home in their body. This work is especially suited to adults aged 45 and over who are not looking for fast-paced classes, but still want to stay mobile, strong and confident as their body changes.
Sessions blend traditional yoga with gentle somatic movement, allowing practice to be shaped around how your body feels on the day. There is no pressure to perform, keep up, or push beyond your limits. The focus is on ease, awareness and sustainable movement that supports daily life, whilst gently increasing, strength, stamina and flexibility.
You do not need to be flexible or experienced to begin.

Shamanic healing is one of the oldest forms of healing known to humanity.
Long before it was named, it was simply part of everyday life, a way of staying in relationship with the self, the natural world and the unseen currents that shape our lives. Nature was understood as spirit made visible, and healing was not about fixing what was broken, but restoring balance where something vital had been lost or disturbed.
A sacred space for spiritual realignment and restoration.
I work in partnership with trusted spirit allies and teachers. I do not decide the form the healing takes in advance. The work unfolds according to what is most needed, guided by a wider intelligence that sees the full landscape of your life, not just the surface issue you arrive with.
How the healing may unfold?
The healing may include forms of work such as soul retrieval, the return of spiritual power through a power animal, clearing intrusive or heavy energies, or restoring energetic alignment. These are not chosen as techniques, but arise naturally within the healing process where appropriate.
Shamanic healing may be received in person or through remote healing.
This has been a core part of my work for many years and allows the healing to take place without the need for video or live interaction. The work is carried out within sacred space, at an agreed time, and received wherever you are in the world, followed by a call to support integration of the healing.
What happens next?
Each Shamanic Healing includes an initial discovery call, a diagnostic journey with my spirit teachers, a full 90-minute healing session, and your healing story which is a written account of your session, this is shared the following week.
This process supports the restoration of vitality, clears heavy or stagnant energy, and reconnects you with a deeper sense of spiritual balance, meaning and direction.
All work is carried out with integrity, care and deep respect for the traditions that inform it.

To honour the preparation and integration this work requires, I hold space for one Shamanic Healing session per day.

I reached out to Sarah for Shamanic healing as I was feeling lost, my overthinking mind was causing me a lot of anguish and I was becoming increasingly consumed with a heaviness over my heart which I could not shake off. In the few days leading up to our session this heaviness grew stronger and even manifested in a physical way.
During our session I felt really at ease and supported, very relaxed and even fell asleep for some of it. My background blends twenty-five years of integrative practice across yoga, somatics, NLP, hypnotherapy and energy work.
